Practical use



DIY Sage tea
A simple and warming tea that soothes the throat, helps with digestion, and refreshes the body.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of dried sage leaves
- 250 ml of boiling water
- Honey to taste (optional)
- A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Instructions: Place the dried sage leaves in a cup and pour over the boiling water. Cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Strain, and if desired add honey and a few drops of lemon. Enjoy warm, especially in the colder months.
